Prince Charming's Mini Pumpkin Cupcakes

I don't understand the appeal of Prince Charming. I guess he's kind of dreamy, in a sexless, Ken Doll sort of way? But why oh why are all those girls in the Cinderella kingdom climbing all over each other to be with this dude? There must be something going on that we're not seeing. Let's take a closer look.

Mini Banana Cupcakes with PB and Chocolate Icing

I love being a teacher. No matter how overwhelmed I get with my students (or how frustrated my students get with me), it doesn't matter at the end of the day. When 3:15 rolls around, we go our separate ways. I cool off, have some time for myself  (time that doesn't involve ten year-olds), and enjoy life. When 8:10 am rolls around, I feel refreshed and ready to deal with all the problems that an intermediate classroom can throw at me. I love my students dearly, but I don't think I could deal with them twenty-four/seven.

Mini Burgers

I'm a vegetarian. But these are some burgers I wouldn't mind stinking my teeth into.



Based on Bakerella's creation, these little burgers are made out of vanilla cupcake, brownie, and multicoloured royal icing. Perfect for Father's Day, but you didn't have to be a father to enjoy these puppies.



These were sent to one of Burnaby's BC Hydro offices and disappeared in a matter of hours. I think all that was left was "'s Day" and a half of bun. Next time I'd love to make sugar cookie french fries to go along with these guys. Someone just has to give me an excuse to keep experimenting :)
